Jadi lagu ini yang berjudul "Cinnamon Girl" menceritakan tentang perjuangan seorang perempuan untuk mendapatkan cinta dari kekasihnya, yang ternyata bertepuk sebelah tangan. Perempuan tersebut berusaha keras untuk mendapatkan cintanya, namun ditolak berkali-kali, perempuan tersebut tidak menyerah dan melakukan berbagai cara untuk meluluhkan hati kekasihnya. Perempuan tersebut akhirnya mendapatkan cintanya, namun hanya berbalas setengah hati.
